Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the AnalityQa AI service (the "Service"), an AI-powered data analytics platform operated by AnalityQa AI.

2. Account

You create an account by providing a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity on your account.

3. Subscription and payment

The Service offers a free plan with daily quotas and paid plans (Plus, Pro) billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Prices are displayed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.

Enterprise plans are billed by separate invoice on the terms set out in the corresponding order form.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area (Settings → Billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access to paid features until that date, after which your account automatically reverts to the free plan.

No refunds are issued for billing periods already in progress, except where required by law. In line with EU consumer law, new customers based in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, unless they have expressly waived this right when first using the Service.

For specific refund requests (technical issue preventing use of the Service, double charge, etc.), contact support@analityqa.com: each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis within a reasonable time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload data that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes a third party's rights;
• Attempt to access other users' systems or bypass quotas;
• Use the Service to train a competing model;
• Automate requests in a way that may impair the availability of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of the data you upload. You grant AnalityQa AI a limited, non-exclusive license, necessary to operate the Service (storage, processing, visualization). Outputs generated by the AI belong to you.

7. Availability and warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". AnalityQa AI strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI responses may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for verifying them before making any decision.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnalityQa AI's liability is capped at the amount paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account at any time from the settings (Privacy section). AnalityQa AI may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the place where AnalityQa AI has its registered office, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
