Supply Chain Analytics Without the Spreadsheet Chaos

Connect your ERP or upload your procurement exports and ask AnalityQa AI which suppliers are hurting your fill rate, where lead times are drifting, and which SKUs are heading for a stockout.

The problem

  • →Supplier scorecards take a full day to compile from three different system exports every month.
  • →Lead time variance goes unnoticed until a line shuts down — weekly reports are already stale.
  • →On-time-in-full rates are tracked per supplier but never correlated with the downstream lines they affect.
  • →Procurement teams spot trends by gut feel because building a proper trend chart requires BI access they do not have.

Why the usual approach breaks down

ERP, WMS, and supplier portals do not talk to each other

Purchase orders live in SAP or Oracle, goods-receipt confirmations sit in a WMS, and lead time commitments are in a supplier portal or spreadsheet. Joining them demands ETL work that ops teams cannot do themselves.

Ops managers are not SQL fluent

The people who understand supply chain risk — planners, procurement leads, category managers — are not the people who can write the queries. Waiting for BI tickets means decisions lag by days.

Weekly reports miss fast-moving anomalies

A supplier whose on-time rate drops from 94 % to 71 % mid-week will not appear in Friday's report until damage is done. Static reports are too slow for supply chain volatility.

Shortage risk sits in unstructured signals

Demand spikes, long PO aging, and declining OTIF often appear together before a stockout, but no standard report combines all three.

How AnalityQa AI AI solves it

Upload your data — or connect it live — and ask in plain English.

01

Connect your ERP database in read-only mode

Point AnalityQa AI at your PostgreSQL or MySQL instance with a read-only credential. Your data never leaves your infrastructure; AnalityQa AI queries it in place. SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite exports can also be uploaded as CSV if a direct connection is not an option.

02

Ask questions in plain English

Type 'Which suppliers missed OTIF targets three months in a row?' or 'Show me average lead time by supplier for Q1 vs Q2' and get a chart or table in seconds — no query language required.

03

Auto-refresh dashboards replace manual scorecards

Set a supplier OTIF dashboard to refresh daily. AnalityQa AI re-runs the underlying queries on schedule and sends you a summary if any metric crosses a threshold you define.

04

Anomaly flagging on lead time and PO aging

AnalityQa AI compares each supplier's current lead time against their 90-day baseline and surfaces deviations automatically — you do not need to remember to check.

05

Shortage risk scoring from combined signals

Ask AnalityQa AI to cross-reference open PO aging, declining supplier OTIF, and rising demand for the same SKU. It will rank the SKUs most at risk so planners can act before inventory hits zero.

Build a supplier OTIF scorecard for the last 90 days, ranked worst to best.

AI

Queried purchase orders and goods-receipt confirmations. Calculated on-time-in-full rate per supplier. Ranked 38 suppliers from 54 % to 99 % OTIF. Six suppliers below your 85 % threshold are highlighted.

AI

Pulled confirmed delivery dates vs. PO issue dates for your top 10 suppliers by spend. Average lead time has increased 4.2 days since January across all ten. Two suppliers account for 80 % of that drift.

Which open purchase orders are more than 14 days overdue?

AI

Found 23 POs past their confirmed delivery date by more than 14 days. Total value at risk: $412 000. Oldest PO is 38 days overdue from Supplier C. Breakdown by supplier and SKU is below.

table
You

Which SKUs have both declining supplier OTIF and rising 30-day demand?

AI

Cross-referenced demand data with OTIF trends. Five SKUs show OTIF below 80 % and demand growth above 15 % month-over-month. These are your highest shortage-risk items right now.

table
You

Compare Q1 and Q2 average lead times by product category.

AI

Grouped PO data by product category. Electronics lead times grew 6 days quarter-over-quarter; packaging held flat. Raw materials improved by 2 days on average.

What teams get out of it

✓Supplier scorecards that took a day to compile now refresh automatically every morning.
✓Lead time anomalies surface within hours of occurring, not at the end of the week.
✓Planners identify shortage-risk SKUs days earlier and can adjust safety stock or expedite before a line stops.
✓Procurement review meetings shift from compiling data to acting on it.

Frequently asked questions

Can AnalityQa AI connect directly to SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite?+

If your ERP exposes a PostgreSQL or MySQL interface, or if you can export data to a connected database, yes. Many customers export a daily snapshot from their ERP into a PostgreSQL schema and point AnalityQa AI at that. Direct native connectors for SAP HANA and Oracle are on the roadmap.

Is it safe to connect AnalityQa AI to a live production database?+

AnalityQa AI connects with a read-only database credential and never writes to your database. We recommend creating a dedicated read-only user with access only to the schemas you want to analyse. Your DBA can verify the connection does nothing beyond SELECT.

How often can dashboards refresh?+

You can configure refresh intervals from every 15 minutes to daily. For supply chain monitoring most teams use an hourly or daily refresh, with threshold alerts sent by email when a metric breaches a limit.

We have sensitive supplier pricing in the database. What data does AnalityQa AI store?+

AnalityQa AI stores query results in your account's encrypted storage only for the duration you choose — you can set result retention to session-only if preferred. Your raw database is never copied in full; only the rows matching your query are returned.

Can I upload CSV exports instead of connecting a database?+

Yes. Upload PO exports, goods-receipt files, and supplier master data as CSV or Excel. AnalityQa AI will let you join them by a common key (supplier ID, SKU) and query across the combined dataset.

What does AnalityQa AI cost for a supply chain team?+

Pricing starts per workspace and scales by the number of connected data sources and users. There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Enterprise plans with dedicated infrastructure and SLA are available.

Do we need a data engineer to set this up?+

No. Connecting a database takes five minutes with a host, port, database name, and read-only credentials. Uploading CSVs takes seconds. No ETL pipelines, no code, no BI developer required.
